MoneyHelper is a service provided by the Money and Pensions Service to help you look after your financial wellbeing. Mental Health and Money Toolkit

Mental Health and Money Toolkit is a resource to help you understand, manage and improve your mental and financial health.

You can use it to help guide conversations with your relevant healthcare worker about your mental health and money. Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space

Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space gives people in problem debt and receiving treatment for a mental health crisis a ‘breathing space’ from the people they owe money to, so they can focus on their mental health recovery.
