There are currently 5 community organisations in Cornwall that support people who are experiencing, at risk of, or have experienced hate incidents and have been trained in taking third party reports. The reporting of hate incidents is important and encouraged but support is offered whether you choose to report or not.

It enables anyone who experiences or witnesses a hate incident to report it to a third party organisation who will communicate with the police and other agencies on their behalf. Disability Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly is a user led, disabled people’s organisation, providing a range of services to empower, assist and facilitate independent living and when necessary, act as a representative voice for disabled people, their families and carers. We also operate the Disability Information Advice Line (DIAL) service for Cornwall.

LGBTQ Youth Cornwall is the organisation that runs YAY! Cornwall (Young and Yourself). YAY! is the youth group for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Questioning young people up to the age of 25 who live, work or who are visiting, at school or college in Cornwall.

Intercom is a lesbian gay bisexual and trans community resource in Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset, providing help against homophobic and transphobic prejudice, crime and discrimination (including bullying, harassment, abuse, attacks, and threatening behaviour), helping to develop the LGBT communities, providing professional training and consultancy, and working in partnership with local government, the police, health, etc.
