Safe & Well Hubs

Safe & Well Hubs are shared spaces where different organisations come together to support people in one place.
They’re designed to make it easier for individuals to access help, while allowing services to work more closely together. Whether someone needs support with housing, health, recovery, or wellbeing, the hubs aim to create a simple, joined-up experience.

A Safe, Welcoming Space

We know that many people accessing the hubs may be going through difficult or complex situations.

That’s why we aim to make the environment:

We take a trauma-informed approach, which means we try to understand people’s experiences and create spaces where they feel comfortable, respected and in control.

What the Hubs Offer

The hubs are flexible spaces that include:

This setup allows lots of different services to use the space while still working professionally and safely.

Respecting Confidentiality

Because the hubs are shared spaces, it’s really important that everyone respects confidentiality.
