Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week 2026 has drawn to a close, and we want to say a huge thank you to everyone across Cornwall who took the time to get involved, share their concerns, and work with us to make our communities safer.
What we got up to
Throughout the week, Safer Cornwall and our partners were out and about across the county, taking action against anti-social behaviour and listening to the people who matter most — you. Here’s a look back at what we delivered:
- Community walkabouts — Our teams walked local neighbourhoods, spotting hotspots, checking in on known problem areas, and making our presence felt where it counts.
- Drop-in sessions and advice clinics — We hosted a number of drop-ins across Cornwall, giving residents the chance to speak to us face-to-face, ask questions, and get practical advice on dealing with ASB.
- Conversations with residents — We spoke directly with local people about the issues affecting their streets and communities, from noise and nuisance to more serious concerns.
- Partnership working — We teamed up with partner agencies, including Devon & Cornwall Police and local councils, to coordinate our response and tackle ASB from every angle.
Thank you
A sincere thank you to everyone who stopped to speak with us during the week. The information and insight you shared makes a real difference — it helps us build a clearer picture of what’s happening in our communities and take targeted action to protect the people who live here.
